Designed as a continuation of the Intro class, this course supports students who wish to further develop their techniques and confidence in the studio. It is also suitable for those who have prior experience using pottery kick-wheels.
Level: Wheel experience required
Duration: 4 classes, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Class Cost: $300 (includes clay and firing)
Workshop Outline
Students will focus on creating unique pieces, experimenting with shape, form, and surface decoration while refining their wheel skills.
Firing
Once all pieces are fully dry, they will be wood-fired approximately two weeks after the final class, allowing sufficient time for drying.
