Summer School 2026: Immersion

Four days in the pottery studio to start the year!

Outline:

Spend four days immersed in the slow, peaceful craft of wood fired pottery at the edge of the Waitākere Ranges.

Only a 9 minute walk from the New Lynn transport hub..

Across the four sessions you’ll work through the whole making process, wedging, throwing or handbuilding, trimming, glazing, then firing in our wood kiln.

Session times:

Choose Morning or Evening

• 10:00am to 12:00pm
• 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Tuesday to Friday

Cost: $300
Clay and firing included

All materials provided
No experience needed
